What is our shipping policy?
Go Contempo ships free of charge in the United States on items shipped within the 48 contiguous States with the exception of Special Order Items. We charge for shipping, extra packaging and insurance if required on any and all items shipped to destinations outside the USA or to Alaska or Hawaii. All items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 States are considered Special Orders.
What is our return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order and with your experience shopping at Go Contepo. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for refunds.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE/CLEARANCE or DISCONTINUED ITEMS, THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
Refunds are allowed with receipt and original, intact packaging only. Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.
A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is based upon freight billing incurred by Go Contempo.
Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Go Contempo immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.
Shipping costs from Go Contempo will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. Return shipping, payment of return shipment, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If there is visible damage, reject the shipment and verify the driver notes the damage and contact Go Contempo Support ASAP. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement ASAP. Damaged goods do not apply to the 30 return policy and damage claims on shipped items must be made within 5 days of package arrival. (note: if you are purchasing a product and it needs to be installed at a later time, please test the product during the first 5 days.)
During the checkout process, there is a check box labeled "I have read and agree with the Go Contempo return policy." By checking this check box you are authorizing Go Contempo to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process under the above stipulations.
