How do I place an order?
To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to your order button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A new page loads, and here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue as a Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly. You can also place your order by calling us at 800-606-7206.
Is my credit card data safe?
Yes, your credit card information is secure on our website. GoContempo.com does not have access to any credit card details. Your details are sent to the bank directly. When you make the payment you will automatically be connected to our payment provider. They will ask for authorization with your local bank. Once your payment is approved we will receive a message that the payment was authorized.
Do you charge tax?
GoContempo.com does not charge sales tax due to the nature of sales on the Internet. However, Since GoContempo.com is based in Iowa, state law requires that we collect sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Iowa. At this time, the rate of sales tax for Iowa is 5%.
Do I get a confirmation of my orders?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation via e-mail for every order you place. Review it to insure order accuracy. Confirmations also include anticipated ship dates.
