Welcome to GoContempo.com. GoContempo.com provide to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at GoContempo.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future GoContempo.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with GoContempo.com, whether or not included in the GoContempo.com web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

SHIPPING POLICY
Go Contempo ships free of charge in the United States on items in the 48 contiguous States with the exception of Special Order Items. We charge for shipping, extra packaging and insurance if required on any and all items shipped to destinations outside the USA or to Alaska or Hawaii. All items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 States are considered Special Orders.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on all items except special orders.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE/CLEARANCE or DISCONTINUED ITEMS. THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
Store credit and exchanges are allowed with receipt and original, intact packaging only. Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable.
A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is based upon freight billing incurred by Go Contempo. Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Go Contempo immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.
Shipping costs from Go Contempo will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are not covered under the free shipping offer. Return shipping, payment of return shipment, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Credits are good for a period of 12 months following issuance.
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If there is visible damage, reject the shipment and verify the driver notes the damage and contact Go Contempo Support ASAP. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement ASAP. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of package arrival. (note: if you are purchasing a product and it needs to be installed at a later time, please test the product during the first 10 days.)
During the checkout process, there is a check box labeled "I have read and agree with the Go Contempo return policy." By checking this check box you are authorizing Go Contempo to charge the credit card supplied during the checkout process under the above stipulations.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit GoContempo.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from GoContempo.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
GoContempo.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, GoContempo.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and because the colors you see will depend on the monitor, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. If a product offered by GoContempo.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.
With respect to items sold by GoContempo.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by GoContempo.com. Your purchases from third-party sellers using GoContempo.com Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to GoContempo.com or to products you purchase through Gocontempo.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Des Moines, Iowa, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate GoContempo.com's intellectual property rights, GoContempo.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
